The No Compromise, No Retreat campaign is the political spine of the Black Alliance for Peace. It asserts that genuine peace requires a decisive break with U.S. imperialism — not accommodation to it. We refuse the bipartisan consensus that treats U.S. militarism as inevitable or benign.
This campaign coordinates BAP’s domestic organizing with international solidarity, demanding an end to the permanent war economy, the closure of U.S. military bases abroad, and the defunding of the police-military apparatus at home.
Our Demands
End the Permanent War Economy
Redirect military spending to meet the social needs of working-class and poor communities across the United States.
Close All U.S. Military Bases Abroad
The United States maintains over 800 military installations in more than 70 countries. We demand their closure.
Defund the Police-Military Apparatus
The same corporations that profit from foreign wars supply military equipment to domestic police. End the 1033 Program and dismantle the war-at-home infrastructure.
Oppose All U.S. Sanctions
Unilateral U.S. sanctions are acts of war against civilian populations. We demand an end to all illegal unilateral coercive measures.
